By accessing or using Aero Social's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Service

Aero Social provides an AI-powered social intelligence platform that analyzes publicly available social media data to deliver marketing insights, sentiment analysis, competitor tracking, and related analytics services.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be authorized to bind your organization to these terms
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Share account access with unauthorized users
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Pay all charges at the prices in effect
  • Be responsible for any applicable taxes

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aero Social and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input into the platform.

7. Data Usage

We analyze publicly available social media data in accordance with platform terms of service and applicable laws. We do not access private accounts or content. See our Privacy Policy for more information about data handling.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Insights provided are for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aero Social be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
